Also If i make you a moderator its part time unless i tell you other wise. If you loose you moderator possition dont be because its just to see what you can do and give you exspirience. You may get the moderator skill back in the future.

All normal users should become members i only create you a member automatically if you have over 20 posts and look active. If you are under 20 posts you will have to join the members group yourself easy both ways
